Job description

• In house Call Center – to answer hotline request

• Front counter – to serve customers for repairing/collection request; ensure smooth management of out-sourcing incl. following up with outsource technical support for repairs.

• E-Mail --- Following up with all business customers and update the job status through email.

• Admin – 1) update in the system, 2) quote & contact customer, 3) disposal for sets not collected, 4) Daily account closer 5) preparing reports

• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/O Level

• At least 1 year working experience in customer service line

• Familiar with Microsoft Office

• Good communication skills

• Pleasant & customer service oriented

• Analytical & problem solving skills

• Responsible & Meticulous

• Able to multi task and work under pressure

• Physically Fit
