Job description

• Alias with vendor for quotations and purchases

• Assist in preparation of IT service contracts to customer

• Assist in billing and payment process

• Manage the IT procurement process

• Assist to arrange and coordinate events for the group

• Assist in management information analysis and report summary

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Admin

• Minimum 2 years similar working experience

• Proficient in MS Office

• Good communication skills and team player, able to work closely with all managers and team members

• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule, and flexible to support after office hour on need basis
