Job description

Summary

The senior planning manager will report to Regional Head of IT Shared Service directly, provide supports to achieve business plan targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities • Business Operation

  • Organize and manage annual business activities, includes business plan preparation, prepare and organize management meetings, monthly management activities reporting, KPI result gathering and analysis, customer satisfaction survey

  • Prepare operation processes on IT service delivery control, includes quotation/proposal approval, contract review, procurement operation and control

  • Manage company finance status from business plan, forecast and actual income/expenses controls

• Organization and People development

  • Work with HR department and share service to manage man power resource planning, headcount, recruitment

  • Coordinate and manage annual staff performance evaluation

  • Develop and promote staff training framework, organize workshop and group trainings

• Compliance

  • Manage internal process and procedure for IT security, ISO and SOX compliance
Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Management or Computing, Software Engineering or equivalent.

• At least 10 years of working experience with 5 years in planning and business management capacity

• Candidate should have strong planning, organizing and analytical capability to manage operation processes, business activities, and make management decision based on facts, compliance rules, and business situation.

• Strong communication and change management skills, able to communicate and work with different parties and all levels of staff, and implement changes.

• Exhibiting leadership qualities in team management.

• Positive “Can Do” attitude, willingness to stretch oneself.

• Gives sufficient attention to details, innovative and possess good reasoning abilities.

• Good knowledge of Corporate Governance and compliance in an MNC environment
