Job description

• Responsible for handling exports/shipping operations to global markets

• Liaise with external parties and coordinate shipments with respective factory/Customer/Forwarder/Carrier

• Prepare shipping documents and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery
Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level and above

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Good customer service skills

• Able to work independently in a fast paced environment

• Pleasant personality with a cheerful disposition
