Job description
  1. Strengthen operational risk management governance and framework.
  2. Document and update operational risk policies and procedures and engage internal SOX and ISM teams to ensure policies and processes are in alignment.
  3. Support and coordinate the implementation, maintenance and enhancement of the BCM program such as BC Planner reviews, BCP testing Crisis Management, and IT Disaster Recovery.
  4. Lead/ Participate SOX self-assessment and review results with IT Manager.
  5. Participate internal or cross-functional projects to achieve productivity/quality improvement which include user requirement specifications, user acceptance test and documentation of new procedures and training materials.
Job Requirements
  1. Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  2. Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and able to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  3. Precise with good eye-for-detail
  4. Proactive, self-motivated and quick learner
  5. Possess strong analytical, problem solving and report writing skills.
  6. High level of integrity
