Job description

This is a local and regional role with good exposure in handling relevant IT operation from endpoint, server, cloud or network activities as well as the projects (patch management, application upgrade, AV upgrade, server upgrade, etc) involving operation team. The internship position will be reporting to the operation team lead and work as the core member of the operation team along with the other infra. Operation matters. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Endpoint operation, e.g. helpdesk, security patching, ticketing assignment, etc.
  2. Support in maintaining documentation and reporting.
Job Requirements

Keen interest to learn the nuances of operation management. The following would be good to have.

  1. Basic awareness of IT Infrastructure technologies: Win OS, servers, network, endpoint, security, etc
  2. Software Installation
  3. PC, Server, Network troubleshooting whichever is applicable.
  4. Security related activities, e.g., AV, EDR, VA, Cloud, FW
