Job description
  1. Support the Talent Development Platform and its related activities to ensure the development objective of High Potentials Talents are in alignment with the Global Talent Management (TM) Framework and policies.

  2. Organize and support APAC Region’s Management trainings, Leadership program/assessments and its related activities; including but not limited to logistic planning, coordinate with external/internal trainers, participants and related administrative support.

  3. Involve in Employee Engagement activities for APAC region, such as supporting the implementation of the Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) exercise and arrangement of Train-the-Trainer workshop etc.

  4. Assist in various activities related to Talent Management, including but not limited to, supporting the implementation of High Potential Talents selection, assessment and talent review meetings.

  5. Compile, analyze and summarize of various HR and talent related documents

  6. Assist HR members in affiliate companies about TM Framework, including the usage of TM IT database system.

  7. Involve and assist in various Regional HR projects and its related activities undertaken by the Regional HR Planning team.

  8. Support in collating various HR reports for submission to HQ HR.

  9. Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
  1. Preferably with some relevant working experience (0-3 years)
  2. Good IT skills (Ms Excel and Ms Powerpoint) for data compilation & analysis, including statistical charts for management presentation
  3. Good interpersonal & presentation skill
  4. Ability to meet tight deadlines
  5. Multi-tasking and coordination skill is a must
  6. Independent & resourceful with energy and positive attitude
  7. Good teamwork and willing to take additional tasks
