Job description

• Assist to manage and coordinate Annual Business Planning Activities. • Helping to ensure that operational activities run smoothly and efficiently to facilitate organization success with effective flow Communication. • To develop and execute administrative procedures which enhance office staff’s ability to manage and organize the office effectively with the most cost efficient method. • Asset Management (Process Improvement and Reinforcing Policies) • Office Facilities Improvement (Not limited to- User Guide Manuals; Meeting Room Standards) • Supporting Travel Booking operations (Not Limited to- Process Improvement & Execution & Policies Reinforcement) • To support for any Company/ Planning Activities & Initiatives (e.g. Events Planning Such as Team Building; Year End Events; Company Anniversary; Policy Meetings) • Provide support for ISO, ISM Compliance & Access control

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Management / Business Administration or equivalent relevant qualifications • At least 2 years of working experience in related field, preferably for a IT organization • Candidates who have prior experience in an MNC experience have an added advantage • Strong communication and change management skills and ability to interact and work with different parties. • Is attentive to detail with good analytical capability and reasoning abilities • Good work organization skills and able to manage operational processes and business activities • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Is a great Team Player. • Is Flexible with additional assignments
