Job description
  • Providing technical and administrative support on various BI tools
  • Coordination with various stake holders and intra teams for day to day activity.
  • Ensuring that all the tickets should meet the pre defined SLAs as per quality parameters.
  • Interacting with Business users for issue and service request management
  • Working with Project teams for assistance in various project implementations.
  • Ensuring that the production applications are up and running all the time.
  • Effective and efficient communication to user community.
  • Able to lead the team members working on various deliverables.
  • Direct and motivate the team members to innovate and improve the process
  • Responsible to conduct Performance fine tuning in production environment
  • Should be clear, precise and prompt in communication with stakeholders
  • Good team player, Quick Learner and adaptable.
Job Requirements
  • Highly skilled and competent using the IBM and Microsoft product
  • Experience on working directly with Business User.
  • Strong coordination capabilities to work with other team members
  • Strong analytics and problem solving skill.
  • Should have knowledge on SQL and Microsoft BI
  • Ability to work in a demanding user environment.
  • Excellent Communication skills to handle end-users and collect the requirements
  • Experience with full implementation of SDLC
  • Commanding Knowledge in SQL coding, querying skills and Data testing.
  • Should Posses good experience in testing, debugging skills, and troubleshooting support and development issues.
