Job description

Core work responsibilities: •Study on-going/upcoming business initiatives and take lead to ensure biz requirements are mapped with solution provided while working with business and IT team •Overall business process documentation – Ensure overall business process are documented, study and propose necessary tools for further improvements wherever needed. •Improve Data governance process, ensure all the master data are governed and following the compliance - evaluate defined Approval rules and make suggestion for further improvements in overall lead time of execution ( from starting point till completion) •Improvement on the Year End activities i.e regional product hierarchy changes and profit centre changes to avoid impact on downstream operation, and ensure timely yearly closing without any impact from RPH/profit centre change.. Education and Experience •Minimum of 8 years of IT service management experience from a managed service/technology provider •Subject matter expertise in either Sales Supply Chain or Manufacturing (Discrete/Repetitive) Supply Chain •Experience to support multi-countries in APAC and China region is highly preferred •Good stakeholders’ management is required •Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management and equivalent work experience Educational Qualifications Degree in Business, Information Technology or equivalent Travel Requirements 10% - 15%
