Job description

Responsibilities - Align with Regional Stakeholders on business transformations and initiatives, execute change initiatives with APAC Sales companies - Lead a team of business analysts to identify areas for improvement and standardization in business process, defining these improvements into requirements and solutions with system delivery team -Evaluate business cases and benefits, IT solutions and prepare proposals to senior management for approvals. Oversee the program of activities to deliver benefits as proposed - Follow-up on the stabilization of PL by 3 dimensions and 9 management KPIs those established as per AP standard. - Lead mid scale project as assigned.

Desired Skills, Competencies and Personal Traits • Experience in Sales company business process in APAC capacity, with at least 5 years of team management experience • Demonstrates subject matter expertise in identifying and providing recommendations for business process change, process efficiency, productivity improvements • Knowledge on SAP ERP, preferably with certifications in SD or FICO modules • Preferably with experience in at least 3 SAP Full Cycle Implementation • Familiar with managing total business system landscapes • Possess good analytical and reasoning abilities, effective in problem solving • Resilient in the face of obstacles, results-driven with a strong drive to succeed and drive change in a fast pace environment • A self-starter who takes initiatives, ownership and demonstrates leadership qualities • Professional communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively and concisely to senior management (Use of PowerPoint pictorial presentations is an added advantage)

Educational Qualifications Degree in Business, Information Technology or equivalent

Travel Requirements Travel is seasonal, depending on projects, maximum 30% travel primarily to Asia Region
