Job description

Infrastructure Project Manager role will be responsible for leading local/regional infrastructure projects end-to-end, using structured project management methodology (waterfall/Agile). • Ensure projects are delivered with high quality, on scope, on time and on budget. • Drive project team in matrix organization towards achieving common project objectives. • Plan, set and control project milestones. • Lead technical/functional workshops. • Conduct UAT and document it. • Ensure project documentations are complete and updated regularly throughout project lifecycle. • Build communication plan with relevant stakeholders and build engagement. • Perform issue/risk management, follow up and update regularly, assign and track closure. • Work closely with PMO for project governance and reporting. • Guide junior PMs, coach and provide templates when necessary.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferably in IT/Computer Science. • Minimum 10 years of experience in technical IT infrastructure, i.e. domain of server, network, end-point and security. • Minimum 5 years of experience in leading end-to-end local/regional IT infrastructure projects as PM. • PMP certified. • ITIL certified. • Agile PM trained (good-to-have).

Background of technical skills: • Broad knowledge of IT Infrastructure domains: servers (Windows, Linux), network (LAN, WAN, SDWAN, WAF, LB), data center, end-point management (Intune, GPCLM), security and cloud services (Azure, AWS).

Leadership and Project Management skills: • Team leadership, taking ownership and drive results. • Team player, collaborative, able to work with any department in matrix environment. • Communication (and presentation) skills across different levels. • Risk management skills. • Change management skills, e.g. ADKAR model. • Analytical skills, to be able to drive team to solve problems. • Discipline and time management. • Construct technical documentations. • Stakeholders management.
