Job description

Key Accountabilities (but not limited to) No. Section Description 1 Daily Activity • Ensure accurate and timely recording of AP invoices in accordance with SLA timeline. • Ensure prompt and accurate payment to vendors in accordance to Business Unit’s requirement and agreed SLA timeline.

2 Month End Activity • Ensure month-end AP closing reports are completed as per the agreed SLA timeline. • Ensure monthly SOA are reconciled timely in accordance to the agreed SLA timeline.

3 GST Worksheet Preparation • Prepare, reconcile and submit GST-Input Tax worksheet as per agreed SLA timeline. • Ensure proper MES documentation requirement and compliance.

4 Ad-hoc Project • Assist manager on any ad-hoc assignment on an ad-hoc basis. 5 Business Compliance • Ensure a sound understanding of, demonstrate commitment to and comply with, all accounting and statutory & Company Policies relevant to your role and all activities undertaken in that role.

6 Communication • Actively maintain communication and behaviour standards that foster a culture of strong customer and service excellence.

7 Health & Safety • Identify new hazards and advise manager or workplace H&S representative/co-ordinator within 24 hours of identification. • Report incidents and accidents to manager or workplace H&S representative/co-ordinator as soon as possible.
