Job description

• Process orders received and sales for the section, including input of TORS entry for solutions orders to PSFS • Plan material requisition and check supplier delivery of materials required for sales orders.
• Receive incoming materials and expense of outgoing materials in Oracle
• Coordinate in-house production and plan delivery schedule to customers
• Support in general administration of the section • Liaise with customers and their forwarders on shipment schedule and shipping documentation. • Liaise with PSFS as required for repairs of electrical units • Generate Orders Received, Sales, Materials and Expense reports for management's analysis and decision.

Job Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline or at least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Able to use Microsoft Office Tools and Oracle Applications
  • Work experience in Sales Administration, Production Planning and Logistics will be helpful
  • Able to work overtime when required
