Sales Responsibility

• Establish and implement Sales plan.
• Meet Sales target.
• Handle enquiries, sales, quotations.
• Make business plan and check feasibility to create new business.
• Promote product actively.
• Visit customer when necessary for sales/market update.
• Check market/customer situation and lead factory to meet the requirement.
• Build strong relationship with customers.
• Control sales order and communicate with factories.
• Coordinate sample arrangement; from initial request to delivery to customers.
• Implement Panasonic policies.

Technical/Quality Responsibility

• Coordinate with customers, factories & regional sales offices on any technical/quality issue
• Visit customers with related members to follow up on technical & quality related issues
• Feedback the market trend, customers' information or requests
• Obtain product approval from customers before sales orders
• Inform customer on product development information.
• Make product plan and request for product development for customer needs.

• Excellent interpersonal and good communication skills in English
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Able to travel and meet customer when required
• Able to work under stress, long working hours
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and good presentation skill
• Preferably with sales experience
