Job description
  1. Responsible for handling imports operations to Sales Companies in Singapore
  2. Liaise with external parties and coordinate shipments with respective Logistics Cos/Customer/Service Provider
  3. Prepare import permit and necessary import documents, monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery
  4. Verify service provider bills
  5. Filing of documents
Job Requirements
  • ITE and above with minimum 1-2 years of experience in import operation
  • Understanding of International Trade, Incoterms and Letters of Credit is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Able to work independently in a fast pace environment
  • Pleasant personality with a cheerful disposition
