Job description

Performance Management

  • Assist HR Manager in the deployment of HR strategies to align with Company’s objectives
  • Manage annual employee performance evaluation and validation process
  • Administer annual reward planning and wage adjustment

Employee Opinion Survey (EOS)

  • Lead EOS and work closely with Management and Departments on EOS results findings and drive action planning & implementation
  • Track progress on EOS implementation

Time Management System (TMS)

  • Manage Time Management System on attendance-related matters
  • Provide value-added HR solutions through continuous improvement in work processes

General Affairs

  • Perform general administration duties
  • Manage Covid-19 safe management measure
  • Lead and manage audits, fixed asset management, door access card, etc
  • Manage all matters related to risk management
  • Ensure compliance n Contract and Service Agreement matters, equipment & maintenance services
Job Requirements
  • Minimum diploma with at least 3-5 years’ related experience in HR & GA
  • Self-motivated, good organization and communication skills
  • Open-minded and proactive to drive changes
  • Able to work independently and as a team
  • Able to start work immediately would be an added advantage
