Responsibilities: · Research novel wireless communication techniques for contribution to wireless LAN (IEEE802.11) technical standards development · Create relevant patents from research output · Participate in IEEE802.11 standardization meetings to track standard development progress, make technical contributions, and conduct discussions with meeting delegates

Job Requirements

Requirements: · Good Bachelor/Master/PhD degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering or related discipline. · Knowledge and experience with wireless LAN communication protocol stack, including IEEE802.11 WLAN Physical layer (PHY) and/or Medium Access Control (MAC) · Strong analytical and research skills · Skills in wireless network simulation using C/C++, NS-3, MATLAB and/or other tools will be a plus · Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills · Self-motivated, proactive, good team player
