The Solutions Engineer supports the sales team to provide technical advice to customers on our software & IOT solutions, which helps our customers manage simple to complex manufacturing processes and improve production efficiency. He or she will support the delivery of product demonstrations, proposals, presentations, trainings to customers. He/She also need to collaborate with sales teams to develop products and services that meet customer requirements. He/She plans how to implement the integration of the software solutions with customers’ machines, systems or equipment and supports in the implementation of each assigned project.

•Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent, with at least 2 years of relevant experience •Familiar with various operating system (Windows, Linux) •Experience in Inventory Management System, WMS and SAP is at an advantage •Self-motivated and independent, customer oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, quick learner and good team player •Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle difficult customers •Able to travel and work overseas for long duration •Able to standby for support service after office hours •Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills •Good communication skill in Mandarin (spoken & written) to handle queries, concerns and negotiate with Mandarin speaking business partners and stakeholders
