Job description

As a member of the SAP AMS Support teams, candidate will assist the user community of 2000+ users located in Asia countries. Scope: SAP- PTP Support

  • Assistance in the resolution of tickets in the areas of Procure to pay area.
  • Handling of incidents and inquiry raised by users
  • Identify root cause of the incidents and provide solution to users
  • Support in handling change request – requirement gathering, solution design, testing, user training and implementation.
  • Perform regular master data health checks to ensure that required master data across systems are accurate, complete, up-to-date and available.
Job Requirements

Able to follow the SOP and perform the tasks.
